14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns must be requested within this timeframe to be eligible for processing.
Item Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Lingerie and loungewear must be in pristine condition for hygiene reasons.
20% Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing and handling costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie and loungewear products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return.
